Full Moon in Pisces: Sound Journey & Embodied Movement
Join us for an immersive evening of movement, rhythm, sensuality, and sound. Parisian dancer and pedagogue Laura Vechot leads Groove & Sensuality, blending spine-centered movement, footwork, rhythm, Neo-Soul and House into an energizing journey of freedom and release. Alchemy artist Elika Hirano guides embodied movement and a restorative sound journey designed to deepen presence, release emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Waacking Workshop with CocoMotion
Led by Christina "CocoMotion" Smith — NYC native, teaching artist, and founder and artistic director of NuTribe Dance Company. Build the foundations of Waacking: posing, arm control, musicality, and attitude. Coco holds an M.A. in Dance Education from Hunter College and has performed at the Apollo Theater, Madison Square Garden, SummerStage Central Park, and the Guggenheim. No experience necessary — all levels welcome.
Self Defense Seminar
Hosted by Sensei Kamaal Davis, featuring Sifu Frankie Gonzalez and Shihan Vernon Johnson. A hands-on afternoon drawing on Wing Chun, Kunto, Karate, and Kickboxing — practical technique taught by instructors who have spent their lives in the arts. Come for one session or stay for both. No prior training required, and every level is welcome.
